A Simple Daily Connection to Spirit
This is a gentle, grounded practice you can use anytime at home, in the car, or before sleep.
No rituals. No tools. No pressure.
Just presence.
STEP 1: ARRIVE (1 minute)
Sit comfortably or stand with both feet on the ground.
Take one slow breath in through your nose.
Exhale slowly through your mouth.
Say quietly or internally:
“I am here.”
Let your shoulders soften.
STEP 2: GROUND (1 minute)
Bring your awareness into your body.
Feel your feet.
Feel your weight.
Imagine your body settling heavy, supported, safe.
If your mind wanders, that’s okay.
Just come back to your breath.
STEP 3: SET A CLEAR BOUNDARY (30 seconds)
Silently state:
“I am open only to guidance that is loving, calm, and true.”
That’s it.
Protection is clarity, not fear.
STEP 4: LISTEN (2–3 minutes)
Do not force anything.
Simply notice:
• sensations in your body
• emotions that rise
• thoughts that feel calm or steady
• images or memories that gently appear
Spirit often feels quiet, steady, and neutral not dramatic.
STEP 5: CLOSE (30 seconds)
Say:
“Thank you. I am complete.”
Take one final breath.
Return to your day.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• If nothing happens, that does not mean you failed
• Subtle awareness is still connection
• Consistency matters more than intensity
• Five minutes is enough
Connection grows through trust.
FINAL WORD
Spirit is not something you reach for.
It is something you remember how to listen to.
Use this practice daily, or whenever you feel the need to reconnect.
