We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost you to incorrect or incomplete addresses by where details have been provided by the customer

Lost, damaged, or delayed orders

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within seven days of delivery so we can assist you. We will work with a carrier to resolve the issue but cannot guarantee compensation outcomes for parcels confirmed is delivered.
