All bookings either enquires or purchased directly through the website will get an email of confirmation with in 24hrs or less and the book time and date will be organised directly through us personally this is due to multiple booking platforms we are on with events. We are currently working on a syncing booking system with an IT company so for now we are manually booking everyone in. current wait times are no more than 7 days for phone and emails are around 48hr approximately.
